Initial psychiatric consultation: 60-minutes

OUTPATENT PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES

At the Colorado Center for Public Safety Psychiatry, Dr. Alyssa Tran provides culturally competent psychiatric medication evaluations and consultations for first responders in Colorado. Dr. Tran caters to the specific needs of first responders, ensuring effective treatment and support. Psychiatric follow-up visits:

Do you charge for no-shows?

Yes, scheduled appointments cancelled less than 24-hours in advance may be charged the full fee for the scheduled visit.

Do you offer telehealth appointments?

Yes, all appointments will be conducted over telehealth.

Is my appointment confidential?

Your privacy is a cornerstone of psychiatric care. We want you to feel comfortable speaking openly about your thoughts, feelings, experiences, and concerns. Information you share during your visits is kept confidential and protected by law. This confidentiality helps create a safe, trusting environment where you can receive the most effective care possible.

There are, however, a few important exceptions to confidentiality. If there is a serious concern that you may be at risk of harming yourself, harming someone else, or if there is suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elderly person, or vulnerable adult, we may be legally and ethically required to take steps to ensure safety. In these situations, only the information necessary to protect those involved will be disclosed.
